Fresh Marinated Tomatoes


This recipe is from my friend’s Gramma. It is the best way to eat fresh tomatoes in the summer, hands down! It is recommended that you make it ahead of time and let it sit overnight, but I’ve done it just a couple of hours before hand and it still was great. Spaghetti Sauce Texan Style


I have perfected this recipe by using several different recipes and mixing everything that tastes great. I let this simmer all day but it only has to have a couple of hours. It is even better if you store it in the fridge overnight and then use the next day. — posted by texascooking

Almond Lemon and Anise Biscotti
